According to the recent notification by the Finance Ministry's Revenue Department dated September 29, 2023, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) rules over Real Ludo will be amended from October 1, 2023, at 12:00 AM. From this date onwards, a 28% GST will apply to all deposits made on Real Ludo.

Our commitment to delivering the best gaming experience remains unchanged, so we have decided to bear this significant cost. Hence, no amount will be deducted from every deposit; the full amount will be credited to your Real Ludo Wallet.

Real Ludo vs Other Gaming Platforms

Example:

When you add ₹100 to your Real Ludo Wallet, you will receive ₹100 in the wallet.

It includes the following:

• Deposit Amount: ₹78.12
• GST Discount: ₹21.88 (28% of ₹78.12)

Real Ludo will directly pay the GST amount of ₹21.88 to the Government on your behalf. You will also receive an invoice for this transaction.

Important Note:

All online games, including games of skill, will be subject to a uniform GST rate of 28%. This rate will be levied on the total stake amount (gross revenue), not just the platform fee.
